Cheryl's Coffee Punch

1 1/4 cups instant coffee
2 1/2 cups sugar
5 cups hot water
1 gallon chocolate ice cream
1 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 gallon milk

Add coffee, sugar and water together in a large punch bowl, scoop out slightly melted ice cream; pout wamr coffee mixture on top and add milk. Stir until creamy. Serve.
