Cappuccino Muffins

2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup milk
1 stick butter, melted
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. instant coffee
1 egg

Mix all together and bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Voila.
